The new body shop facility in Kochi is equipped with 11 service bays, offering full-fledged body repair services. Additionally, the city stores in Calicut, Trivandrum, and Kochi will feature displays of the brand’s top models, ensuring customers have access to Volkswagen’s latest offerings.

Under the leadership of Mr. Ajit Bhaskaran, Managing Director of Phoenix Cars, the Kodungallur and Palakkad facilities have been added to the network, enhancing Volkswagen’s reach in the state. Mr. Sabu Johny, Managing Director of EVM Motors, will oversee the operations of the city stores in Kochi and Trivandrum, along with the body shop in Kochi. These touchpoints will be managed by a team of over 110 trained sales and service executives, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
